Domestic (France) deliveries are carried out by Chronopost.
European deliveries are carried out by Chronopost or DHL Express.
Worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express.

Shipping costs vary depending on location.
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.

Domestic orders (France) arrive within 1–2 days of shipping.
European orders arrive within 2-4 days of shipping.
International orders arrive within 2–4 days of shipping.

All orders outside EU are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Returns are free. You have a lead–time of 14 days from reception (outside the holiday season) date to return the product(s) you have ordered for exchange or refund . If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day. Beyond this, Fane reserves the right to refuse return or exchange.

Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We will send you a prepaid packing slip for the return. Customs, duties and taxes collected from you by the carrier upon delivery will not be refunded. Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
